FRANKLIN COUNTY 4-H COUNCIL

3/29/2013

On Jan. 28, 2013, the Franklin County 4-H Council meeting was called to order by President Jackson Wingert. Reports by the treasurer and reporter were given to the members. Jessica Coen gave the program assistant report and talked about the T-shirt design contest, room monitors for County Club Days, KAP trainings and judges needed for Miami County Club Days. For the agents report, Kylie Dickett mentioned the new family dinner, VIP renewals, talking on the radio and the trip scholarship policy.

For unfinished business Trent Lancaster brought forth more information about remodeling the concession stand at the fairgrounds. A question that came up was who was going to run the concessions stand and how much would they get paid. Under new business the members had to decide on how much money would council give towards the CIA scholarships. The next meeting will be 7:30 p.m. March 25 at Celebration Hall.
