Pomona grads mark 50th

The Pomona High School graduating Class of 1964 met for its 50th class reunion June 21 at GreatLife Golf and Fitness, 1001 E. Logan St., Ottawa, with a buffet dinner served by Prairie Star Catering.
The following attended from out of state: Jim and Janet (Lindsey) Gingerich, Mesa, Arizona; Dan and Dea (Engle) Rossillion, Ponca City; Oklahoma, and Jim Langley, Friendswood, Texas.
Also attending were: Ronnie and JoAnne Willford, Belle Plaine; Allen and Loraine Crawford, Paola; Leon Graves and companion, Topeka; Michael Lindsey, Lawrence; Gale and Willa (McKinley) Lantis, Baldwin City; Larry Briggs and friend, Sheri, Baldwin City; Mike and Ginger Bealmer, Ottawa; Loren and Sharon (Bulmer) Middlebusher, Ottawa; Frank Fritts, Ottawa; Kelvin Flory, Ottawa; Dee Shuck and honored guest, John Kimbrel, former teacher and senior class sponsor, Ottawa; Bob and Judy Altic, Pomona; Mike Dyer, Pomona; Roger and Edith Shoemaker, Williamsburg; Carolyn (Dusin) Bischoff, Williamsburg; Fred and Carol Hamilton, Centropolis; and Bob and Janet (Simmons) Radcliffe, Overbrook.
Following dinner, the group was joined by friends from other classes for visiting and 50 years of catching up.
The reunion committee members were Bob Altic, Larry Briggs, Carolyn Bischoff and Janet Radcliffe.
