Police investigating van-motorcycle hit and run

The Ottawa Police Department is investigating a hit-and-run incident that occurred late Wednesday morning at the intersection of South Sixth and Willow streets, Ottawa police indicated on its Twitter page.
Police officers were looking for a maroon or gray mini van driven by a white woman with dark hair. The van collided with a motorcycle, according to initial police reports. The motorcycle’s occupant, who has yet to be identified, was said to have been injured in the wreck, according to initial reports.
The police department and Franklin County Sheriff’s Office temporarily closed the Sixth and Willow intersection to conduct their investigation.
