Storm spotter training Tuesday

With severe weather season beginning, it’s a good time for residents to refresh their skills and knowledge about springtime dangers, a local emergency management official said Wednesday.
The National Weather Service is planning its annual storm spotter training 7 p.m. Tuesday at Celebration Hall at the Franklin County Fairgrounds, 17th and Elms streets, Ottawa, Vickie Eckard, Franklin County Emergency Management coordinator, said.
