Moran’s Ottawa visit moved to today

U.S. Sen. Jerry Moran, R-Kan., is planning tour stops in Ottawa today.

Moran is expected to visit COF Training Services, 1516 Davis Road, at 2:15 p.m. today to tour the facilities and meet with an individual who has benefited from the services, according to Moran’s office. COF works with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Moran is expected to visit COF Training Services, 1516 Davis Road, at 2:15 p.m. today to tour the facilities and meet with an individual who has benefited from the services, according to Moran’s office. COF works with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The senator’s tour also is expected to include a 3:15 p.m. stop today at Neosho County Community College’s Ottawa campus, 900 E. Logan St., which offers various programs to help students enter the workforce or go on to be successful in bachelor’s degree programs.

Moran’s stops in Ottawa previously were planned for Wednesday, but were rescheduled.
