• 10:57 a.m. Friday, Ottawa University, 1001 S. Cedar St., a 20-year-old Ottawa woman reported an unknown suspect stole her bicycle.

Accidents

• 9:56 p.m. Saturday, 900 block of North Sycamore Street, a vehicle driven by Chase Graika, 21, Ottawa, backed into a vehicle owned by Rachel Minardi, 23, Overland Park. Graika was cited for inattentive driving.
