• In a conference yesterday with the holding company that will finance the new five-story office building at Third and Main streets, F.C. Dobson, who is instigating the erection of the structure, decided the outside of the building will not be white terra cotta over the steel construction, but probably brick with cut stone or terra cotta facing. There are several details of the construction that have not yet been determined that will probably be settled within a few days.

• The most elaborate and unique entertainment ever held in Ottawa will be staged tomorrow morning beginning at 6 o’clock on the Ottawa University campus. The occasion of the festivities is the first annual May Day fete to be given by the students of the college.
