The 2007 Ottawa High School graduate recently completed his business administration degree at Emporia State University and returned to his hometown, joining The Herald’s advertising staff.

“As a media consultant for The Ottawa Herald, my responsibilities are to help businesses in the Baldwin City, Ottawa, Lawrence and Princeton areas with their advertising needs,” Morrow said. “My goals with The Herald revolve around helping these businesses reach their target markets. I want to help established and successful businesses continue to grow and prosper, as well as to enjoy personal, individual success so I can raise a family in the town I have grown up loving.”

The son of Tim and Theresa Morrow, he has lived in Ottawa his whole life, with the exception of years spent in college. Morrow earned his associate’s degree in Industrial Electrical Technology from Flint Hills Technical College before attending Emporia State.

Morrow said he plans to marry Susan McWhirter, Moran, a registered nurse at Newman Regional Health, Emporia, in September.
