The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of copper wire from irrigation equipment in a farmer’s field in the southern part of Franklin County. Damage associated with the theft was estimated at more than $60,000.

Franklin County Crime Stoppers will pay as much as $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of any person or persons committing a crime in Franklin County.
