• 4:21 p.m. Tuesday, 800 block of East Seventh Street, Tina Fuqua, 41, Ottawa, on suspicion of domestic battery, according to a police report.

• 11:46 a.m. Wednesday, 800 block of East Hamblin Street, Christi Hilner, 24, Ottawa, on a City of Ottawa warrant.

• 9:20 p.m. Wednesday, 100 block of East Seventh Street, Joshua Mccomb, 25, Ottawa, on a Douglas County warrant.

• 3:14 a.m. Thursday, 1600 block of South Osage Drive, Stephen M. Levins, 28, Ottawa, on suspicion of misdemeanor criminal damage property.

• 1:43 p.m. Tuesday, Steve Grogan Stadium, 1120 S. Ash St., a 41-year-old school district employee reported an unknown suspect damaged school property.

Thefts

• 4:01 a.m. Wednesday, 500 block of South Locust Street, a 55-year-old Ottawa man reported his bikes were stolen from his yard.

• 11:10 a.m. Wednesday, 400 block of West 10th Street, a 42-year-old Junction City, Mo., man reported an unknown suspect stole his bicycles, according to a police report.

Accidents

• 10:07 p.m. Thurday, 200 block of West Seventh Street, a vehicle driven by Scott Milliman, 23, Ottawa, struck a vehicle driven by Katelyn Marie Horne, 20, Vasser. Milliman was cited for following too closely and Horne was cited for expired registration, according to a police report.
