Police Department Arrests

• 11:24 p.m. Friday, Franklin County Jail, 305 S. Main St., Howard With, 40, Pomona, on a City of Ottawa warrant.

• 8:54 a.m. Saturday, 800 block of South Oak Street, Justin Manheim, 34, Ottawa, and Kelsi Kennington, 27, Ottawa, on suspicion of theft of construction equipment, according to a police report.

• 12:26 a.m. Monday, 1600 block of South Main Street, Curtis Clayton, 22, Ottawa, on a City of Ottawa warrant and a City of Garnett warrant.

• 5:30 p.m. Friday, 700 block of South Pecan Street, Kenneth Bonecutter II, 41, Ottawa, was cited and released on a notice to appear in court for harboring a vicious dog after it bit a 6-year-old Ottawa boy, according to a police report.

• 1:51 a.m. Saturday, 700 block of Ash Street, a 33-year-old Ottawa man reported a 15-year-old Ottawa boy as a runaway.

Thefts

• 9:30 a.m. Saturday, 500 block of South Locust Street, a 32-year-old Ottawa man reported an unknown suspect stole his vehicle. The vehicle was later recovered, according to a police report.

• 11:01 a.m. Saturday, 600 block of South Ash Street, a 29-year-old Ottawa woman reported unknown suspects damaged the door to her home, gained entry and stole items.

• 9:08 a.m. Sunday, 800 block of South Poplar Street, a 32-year-old Ottawa man reported an unknown suspect stole some tools.

• 8:21 p.m. Sunday, 1100 block of East Seventh Street, a 39-year-old Ottawa woman reported an unknown suspect entered her home and stole property.
