• 1:41 a.m. Sunday, 1600 block of South Main Street, Elisa Valenzuela, 18, La Puente, Calif., on suspicion of driving without a license.

• 6:25 a.m. Sunday, Franklin County Jail, 305 S. Main St., Kylie Spear, 24, Shawnee, Kan., on a City of Ottawa warrant.

• 4:10 p.m. Sunday, 300 block of South Mulberry Street, Michael Allen Gunnels, 28, Ottawa, on a Franklin County warrant.

• 8:36 a.m. Friday, 300 block of South Sycamore Street, a 2-year-old girl from Ottawa was found wandering in the front yard of a residence. The child was returned home unharmed, according to a police report.

• 10:23 a.m. Friday, 900 block of South Walnut Street, a 36-year-old woman from Ottawa reported a known 13-year-old teenager had unlawful voluntary sexual relations with a known 15-year-old teenager from Ottawa.

• 2:08 a.m. Saturday, 1300 block of Eisenhower Road, a vehicle failed to yield during an attempted traffic stop and was not apprehended.

• 3:33 p.m. Saturday, 1300 block of North Davis Avenue, a 20-year-old Kansas City, Kan., woman was taken into protective custody after she threatened to harm herself.

• 11:19 p.m. Saturday, 2300 block of South Cedar Street, a 17-year-old Ottawa boy was found in possession of marijuana during a traffic stop.

• 8:40 p.m. Sunday, 1100 block of South Ash Street, a 47-year-old Ottawa woman reported her 16-year-old daughter was sexually battered by a known 16-year-old Ottawa boy. The case is under investigation.

• 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Ottawa Middle School, 1230 S. Ash St., a 47-year-old Ottawa woman reported an unknown suspect stole money from a money bag during a craft fair.

• 12:58 p.m. Saturday, Walmart Supercenter, 2101 S. Princeton St., an Asset Protection employee reported a known 29-year-old Ottawa man stole items from the store.

• 3:34 p.m. Saturday, Casey’s General Store, 334 N. Main St., a 41-year-old Ottawa woman reported an unknown suspect drove off without paying for fuel.

• 12:49 p.m. Sunday, Goodwill Store, 2208 S. Princeton St., a 61-year-old Baldwin City woman reported an unknown suspect stole her purse from the store.

Accidents

• Friday, no time given, East 21st Street Terrace and South Princeton Street, a vehicle driven by Vincent Lickteig, 29, Rantoul, ran a red light and hit a vehicle driven by Ryan Angell, 55, Ottawa, according to a police report.

• 7:13 a.m. Saturday, Zarco 66, 2518 E. Logan St., Robert Robitaille, 49, Cranston, R.I., reported an unknown suspect’s vehicle struck his vehicle sometime during the night.

• Noon Saturday, Tecumseh and North Main streets, a vehicle driven by Katheryn Evans, 20, Wellsville, was struck by a vehicle driven by James Speicher, 77, Shawnee, Kan. Speicher was cited for disobeying a stop sign.

• Friday: 100 block of Locust Street, animal complaint; 200 block of Cedar Lane Drive, assist the public; Thomas and Vermont roads, assist other agency; 300 block of Walnut Street, medical call.

• Saturday: 700 block of Poplar Street, suspicious activity; 600 block of West Third Street, identity theft; 400 block of East Seventh Street, battery report; 600 block of Main Street, battery report.
