Mexican immigrant charged

A Mexican immigrant charged with unlawfully re-entering the country was discovered late last month in Franklin County, the U.S. Attorney General’s Office said Wednesday.
Antonio Molina-Gonzalez, 40, a Mexico citizen, was found Nov. 25 in Franklin County, according to a press release from the office. Molina-Gonzalez is charged with unlawfully re-entering the United States after being deported.
If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in federal prison and a fine up to $250,000.
