• 12:45 a.m. Thursday, 305 S. Main St., David Ralston, 33, Ottawa, on two active Franklin County warrants.

Incidents

• 9:18 p.m. Wednesday, 1600 block of South Hickory Street, a 60-year-old Lawrence woman reported an unknown suspect damaged her padlock.

• 1:17 p.m. Thursday, 400 block of South Ash Street, a 51-year-old Ottawa woman reported Steven Jackson, 39, Ottawa, damaged her vehicle’s tires. Jackson was cited and released on a notice to appear in court, according to a police report.

Accidents

• 12:09 p.m. Wednesday, 1400 block of South Main Street, a vehicle driven by Elinor Butler, 77, Ottawa, struck a vehicle driven by Tina Holder, 31, Ottawa.

• 5:20 p.m. Wednesday, 1000 block of South Willow Street, Kenneth Ledom, 63, Ottawa, reported an unknown vehicle struck his legally parked vehicle and left the scene.

• Firefighters assisted with seven medical calls Wednesday and Thursday.
