Police Department Arrests

• 11:13 a.m. Wednesday, 400 S. Main St., Edward Earnest, 50, Ottawa, on a Ellsworth County warrant.

Incidents

• 9:40 a.m. Thursday, EZ Payday Advance, 1532 S. Main St., a 52-year-old Richmond woman reported someone damaged property at the business.

• 10:03 a.m. Thursday, Midwest Cabinets, 430 W. Wilson St., a 47-year-old Ottawa man reported someone damaged property and trespassed at the business.

• 3:22 a.m. Friday, 1000 block of Ash Street, a 19-year-old Ottawa woman and a 41-year-old Ottawa man reported their vehicles were damaged. Three 14-year-old boys later were arrested on suspicion of damage to property and curfew violation.

Thefts

• 10:55 a.m. Thursday, 1531 S. Hickory St., a 66-year-old Ottawa man reported someone damaged his property and stole items.

• Wednesday: 700 block of Main Street, public assist; 800 block of Main Street, public assist; 400 block of Main Street, public assist.

• Thursday: 300 block West Seventh Street, suspicious activity; 900 block of Ninth Street Terrace, hit and run; 500 block of Main Street, public assist.

• 11:27 a.m. Wednesday, Eugene Field Elementary School, 720 S. Tremont Ave., detector activation. No fire reported.

• 12:42 a.m. Thursday, 725 S. Tremont St., unauthorized burning.

• Firefighters assisted with four medical calls Wednesday and Thursday.
