Holli Powers, 26, also was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct and Christina Finney, 28, was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct.

• 2:12 p.m. Wednesday, 1400 block of South Elm Street, a 25-year-old Ottawa woman reported an unknown subject entered her unlocked vehicle and stole items.

• 4:08 p.m. Wednesday, Casey’s General Store, 334 N. Main St., a 53-year-old Ottawa woman reported an unknown subject passed a counterfeit bill at the store.

• 6:13 p.m. Thursday, 800 block of Pecan Street, a 52-year-old Ottawa woman reported the theft of a bicycle.

• Wednesday: 300 block of Walnut Street, public assist; 400 block of Main Street, theft; 800 block of Chilton Avenue, animal complaint; 300 block of East First Street, juvenile complaint.
