• 4:12 p.m. Tuesday, 2000 block of North Davis Avenue, Robert Standrige, 36, Ottawa, on a Butte County, Calif., warrant.

Thefts

• 7:40 a.m. Tuesday, 1500 block of Osborne Road, a 36-year-old Pomona man reported someone stole a lime green Arctic Cat four-wheeler, valued at $2,000, from his residence, according to a sheriff’s report.

• 4:11 p.m. Tuesday, 2500 block of Nebraska Road, a 31-year-old Ottawa man reported someone stole 200 gallons of red diesel, valued at $660, from his residence, according to a sheriff’s report.

• 9:05 p.m. Tuesday, 2600 block of Georgia Road, a 64-year-old Ottawa man reported two air compressors, valued at $820, were stolen from his residence, according to a sheriff’s report.

• 9:54 p.m. Monday, 800 block of South Burroughs Street, a 40-year-old Ottawa man reported a 16-year-old Ottawa boy as a child in need of care, according to a police report.

• 8:24 a.m. Tuesday, 800 block of South Burroughs Street, a 40-year-old Ottawa man reported his child as a runaway, according to a police report.

• 12:18 a.m. Wednesday, 400 block of North Main Street, a motorist fled from officers, according to a police report. The incident is under investigation.

Thefts

• 2:42 p.m. Monday, Castrol Lube, 1513 S. Main St., a 25-year-old Ottawa man reported that an unknown suspect entered a storage shed and stole property.

• 8:20 a.m. Tuesday, 900 block of South Cedar Street, a 29-year-old Ottawa man reported a known suspect stole cash.

• 4:48 p.m. Tuesday, Auto Zone, 1630 S. Main St., a 27-year-old Ottawa man reported someone stole an item.

Accidents

• 2:59 p.m. Tuesday, 800 block of South Sycamore Street, a 33-year-old Eudora woman reported her parked car was struck by a car driven by Shirley Felman, 66, Topeka. Felman was cited with improper backing, according to a police report.

Franklin County Fire Departments

• 3:05 p.m. Monday, 2577 Idaho Road, Lincoln-Ottawa-Harrison firefighters responded to a vehicle fire.

• 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, 3521 Ellis Road, Pottawatomie firefighters responded to a fire alarm. No fire was reported.

• 2:06 p.m. Tuesday, 140 N. Louisa Ave., Williamsburg firefighters responded to a fire alarm. No fire was reported.

• Firefighters responded to five medical calls Monday and Tuesday.
