Thefts

• 12:04 a.m. Friday, Kansas State Bank, 236 N. Main St., a 52-year-old Ottawa man reported the impairment of a security interest for a loan agreement. Loss estimated at $58,690.77.

• 12:42 p.m. Saturday, 2000 Indiana Road, a 53-year-old ottawa man reported a burglary and theft of several guns valued at about $2,850.

• 1:44 p.m. Sunday, 4200 block of Montana Road, a 25-year-old Ottawa man reported a burglary and theft of three guns valued at about $640.

Accidents

• 6:20 a.m. Saturday, Ellis Terrace and Eisenhower Road, a 2010 Ford Escape driven by Ginger Maloney, 36, Princeton, was eastbound when it struck a deer.

• 1:29 p.m. Saturday, Old U.S. 50 and Louisiana Road, a 2012 Harley Davidson motorcycle driven by Michael Whalen, 49, Wellsville, was southbound when it left the road and struck a fence. Whalen was taken to Overland Park Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries, according to a police report.

• 10:34 p.m. Sunday, Marshall and Colorado roads, a 2001 Oldsmobile Alero driven by a 16-year-old Pomona girl was southbound when it lost control and left the road.

• 10:52 a.m. Sunday, 2600 block of I-35, a vehicle driven by John Welsh, 37, Austin, Texas, was southbound and struck a couch that came off a trailer driven by Michael Swan, 23, Olathe. Swan was cited for carrying an unsecure load.
