Sheriff’s Department Arrests

• 7:44 a.m. Monday, Western Missouri Corrections Center, Cameron, Missouri, Alexander Brian Lithicum, 19, Harrisonville, Missouri, on a Franklin County warrant for forgery and theft.

• 10:26 a.m. Monday, 3000 block of Kingman Road, arrested a juvenile suspect on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. The suspect was transported to the Franklin County Juvenile Detention Center.

• 11:47 a.m. Monday, Park and Main streets, Donald Stokes, 62, Ottawa, on a City of Ottawa warrant.

• 2:39 p.m. Monday, 800 block of East 10th Street, Jeremy Burgess, 32, Ottawa, on a Johnson County warrant.

• 8:53 p.m. Monday, 1100 block of North Cherry Street, James C. Lee, 44, Ottawa, on suspicion of domestic battery and criminal damage to property after an altercation with a 55-year-old Ottawa woman and a 21-year-old Ottawa woman.

• 1:53 p.m. Tuesday, 100 block of West 15th Street, a 15-year-old Ottawa boy was arrested on suspicion of a probation violation.

• 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Franklin County Adult Detention Center, 305 S. Main St., Trinity Carpenter, 27, Lawrence, on a City of Ottawa warrant.

• 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Franklin County Adult Detention Center, 305 S. Main St., Bradley Hague, 27, Lee’s Summit, Missouri, on a City of Ottawa warrant.

• 11:07 p.m. Tuesday, Franklin County Adult Detention Center, 305 S. Main St., Michael Hicks, 23, Quenemo, on a City of Ottawa warrant.

Incidents

• 6:44 a.m. Tuesday, 900 block of Missouri Road, a 43-year-old Princeton woman reported a protection order violation.

• 10:11 a.m. Tuesday, 1500 block of Jackson Road, a 51-year-old Ottawa woman reported someone damaged camper shell on a Ford F-150 truck on her property. Damage was estimated at $300.

Incidents

• 12:48 p.m. Monday, 800 block of South Cedar Street, a 28-year-old Ottawa man was taken into protective custody after stating he was going to harm himself. He was later transported to Osawatomie State Hospital.

• 5:20 p.m. Monday, 900 block of Hemlock Street, a 48-year-old Ottawa man reported a 19-year-old Ottawa man was missing.

• 5:20 p.m. Monday, 900 block of Hemlock Street, an 18-year-old Ottawa man was taken into protective custody after stating he was going to harm himself. He was later transported to Osawatomie State Hospital.

Accidents

• 6:59 p.m. Monday, 2600 block of U.S. 59, Robyne Walter, 50, Lane, was cited for a traffic violation and no insurance after the vehicle she was driving struck a traffic sign.

Wellsville Police Department News

• Monday: 100 block of Walnut Street, check welfare, Fourth and Walnut streets, suspicious person; 300 block of Walnut Street, disturbance; 300 block of Walnut Street, arrest; 600 block of Main Street, unsecured door.

• Tuesday: 300 block of West Seventh Street, medical.

Fire Calls

Ottawa Fire Department

• 12:25 p.m. Monday, 1032 S. Maple St., unauthorized burning.

• 9:15 p.m. Tuesday, 2300 Osborne Terrace, Ottawa firefighters assisted Lincoln-Ottawa-Harrison firefighters in extinguishing a blaze in a barn-type structure. The cause of the fire and a damage estimate were not available Wednesday.

• Firefighters assisted with eight medical calls Monday and Tuesday.
