• 11:45 a.m. Thursday, Franklin County Adult Detention Center, John Randall Penner, 28, Pomona, on a Franklin County warrant for probation violation.

• 3:44 a.m. Friday, 2300 block of South Cedar Street, James Chapman, 19, Olathe, on a City of Olathe warrant.

• 6:27 p.m. Wednesday, Franklin County Adult Detention Center, 305 S. Main St., Joseph Henslee, 28, Pomona, on a City of Ottawa warrant.

• 10:05 p.m. Wednesday, 100 block of South Locust Street, Michael Harms, 24, Ottawa, on a Franklin County warrant.

• 2:14 p.m. Thursday, 300 block of North Main Street, Glenn Schulz, 54, Ottawa, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

• 12:55 a.m. Friday, 2200 block of Eisenhower Avenue, Mary Gast, 73, Ottawa, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and transporting an open container after being stopped for a traffic violation.

• 4:58 a.m. Friday, 2200 block of South Princeton Street, Christina Robinson, 38, Ottawa, on a Johnson County warrant.

Incidents

• 2:27 p.m. Thursday, 200 block of North East Avenue, Williamsburg, Sidney Hansen, 19, Quenemo, was found to be in violation of a no contact order by being at a 32-year-old Williamsburg man’s residence, according to a sheriff’s report. The case was forwarded to the Franklin County Attorney’s office.

Thefts

• 7:16 p.m. Thursday, Casey’s General Store, 210 E. Franklin St., a store employee reported an unknown suspect stole $25 in fuel.

Incidents

• 8:43 p.m. Wednesday, 400 block of East Dundee Street, a 31-year-old Ottawa woman reported being battered by a known 64-year-old Ottawa man. The case remains under investigation.

• 8:46 a.m. Thursday, 400 block of East 12th Street, a 13-year-old Ottawa boy was taken into protective custody after being found to be a child in need of care.

Thefts

• 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, 1000 block of South Locust Street, a 19-year-old Ottawa woman and a 22-year-old Ottawa man reported that an unknown suspect stole items from their home.

• 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, 1900 block of South Princeton Street, a 43-year-old Ottawa woman reported an unknown suspect entered a building at her residence and removed items.

• 9:52 a.m. Thursday, 1300 block of Willow Street, a 53-year-old Ottawa woman reported an unknown suspect entered her vehicle and stole property.

• 3:20 p.m. Thursday, 1300 block of Willow Street, a 33-year-old Ottawa woman reported an unknown suspect used her debit card to make Internet purchases.
