• 10:11 a.m. Sunday, John Brown and Louisiana roads, Brad Sumners, 39, Centerville, on a Linn County warrant for failure to appear in court.

• 5:31 p.m. Friday, Franklin County Adult Detention Center, 305 S. Main St., Ashley Rose, 30, Blue Mound, on a City of Ottawa warrant.

• 6:35 p.m. Friday, Franklin County Adult Detention Center, 305 S. Main St., Amelia Romine, 33, Ottawa, on a City of Ottawa warrant.

• 10:30 p.m. Friday, Franklin County Adult Detention Center, 305 S. Main St., William Mathias, 25, Quenemo, on a City of Ottawa warrant.

• 12:43 a.m. Sunday, 1000 block of South Cedar Street, James Johnson, 22, Richmond, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Incidents

• 10:01 a.m. Friday, 1700 block of Pawnee Road, a rural Franklin County man reported he received about 145 text messages from the same individual in one day. The man was advised on how to obtain a protection from stalking order.

• 1:14 a.m. Sunday, 3300 block of Indiana Road, a 44-year-old Pomona man reported an unknown suspect broke his truck’s windows.

Accidents

• 11:14 a.m. Friday, 3200 block of I-35, vehicles driven by Douglas G. Bell II, 39, Lee’s Summit, Missouri, and Devin Williams, 41, Indianapolis, Indiana, were involved in an injury wreck while traveling southbound on I-35 at milepost 187. The extent of the injuries was unknown.

• 6:09 a.m. Saturday, 1700 block of K-68, a vehicle driven by Toby Kitt, 26, Melvern, and a vehicle driven by Merle Winsky, 73, Ottawa, collided in the 1700 block of K-68. No one was injured.

Thefts

• 11:35 a.m. Saturday, 500 block of South Elm Street, a 31-year-old Ottawa man reported an unknown suspect stole a Moped from his yard. The Moped was recovered a few blocks away from his residence.

• 2:07 p.m. Sunday, 200 block of West 17th Street, a 24-year-old Humboldt man reported an unknown suspect entered his vehicle and stole property.

• 2:43 p.m. Sunday, 200 block of West 17th Street, a 35-year-old Lawrence man reported an unknown suspect entered his vehicle and stole property.

• Friday: 200 block of Ash Street, civil matter; 100 block of West Third Street, animal complaint; 1000 block of Poplar Street, civil standby; 300 block of West Seventh Street, medical call; 800 block of Main Street, motorist assist.
