• 10:27 p.m. Monday, 2968 I-35, Harold Porter III, 23, Kansas City, Kan., on suspicion of a suspended driver’s license.

• 4:47 p.m. Monday, 200 block of South Maple Street, Robert Dwayne Tucker Jr., 33, Ottawa, on suspicion of violating a protection from abuse order.

• 9:44 p.m. Monday, 100 block of East 14th Street, Elizabeth Jones, 48, Ottawa, on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, possession of paraphernalia and possession of depressants.

• 11:19 p.m. Monday, 800 block of North King Street, Boni Biesheuvel, 30, Ottawa, on a Douglas County warrant.

• 1:20 p.m. Tuesday, 300 block of East Fourth Street, Jason West, 40, Ottawa, on suspicion of criminal threat, obstruction to the legal process and disorderly conduct.

• 4:24 p.m. Tuesday, 1300 block of South Main Street, Mary Watkins, 39, Ottawa, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

• 7:41 p.m. Tuesday, Keokuk and Main streets, Clayton Fagan, 26, Lawrence, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident and failing to report an accident.

• 1:10 p.m. Monday, 300 block of Truman Street, a 36-year-old Pomona woman reported someone had entered her home and let her dogs out. Nothing was stolen or damaged, according to a report.

• 7:49 a.m. Monday, 200 block of South Willow Street, a 39-year-old Ottawa female reported a possible missing person.

• 12:27 p.m. Tuesday, 1200 block of Maple Street, an 18-year-old Ottawa woman reported being battered by a known suspect.

Thefts

• 5:12 p.m. Monday, 1700 block of South Elm Street, a 59-year-old Ottawa man reported an unknown suspect stole electricity.

• 4:57 p.m. Tuesday, 1100 block of North Main Street, a 63-year-old Ottawa woman reported someone stole items from her storage unit.

• 7:35 p.m. Tuesday, 700 block of Tremont Street, a 32-year-old Ottawa woman reported someone stole a bicycle.

Accidents

• 7:41 p.m. Tuesday, Keokuk and Main streets, James Morgan, 52, Louisburg, reported a vehicle struck the vehicle he was driving and left the scene. Clayton Fagan, 26, Lawrence, later was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident.

• 11:24 a.m. Monday, 1401 S. Main St., smoke detector activation. No fire reported.

• Firefighters assisted with 4 medical calls Monday and Tuesday.

Franklin County Fire Departments

• 2:50 p.m. 3300 Highway 68, Lincoln-Ottawa-Harrison firefighters responded to a fire alarm activated. No fire reported.
