Braves football signs 24

Ottawa University football coach Kent Kessinger announced 24 student-athletes have signed letters of intent to play football for the Braves.  

The Braves football staff is still active in the recruiting process and there will be some more additions to this recruiting class in the near future.

In the past five years, the Braves have had tremendous success on the football field. The 2013 senior class finished with a four-year record of 34-11. The Braves have won three conference championships in five seasons.

The Braves have been ranked in the NAIA football coaches top 25 poll for six straight seasons; earning a final ranking of 20th in 2008, tied for sixth in 2009, 13th in 2010, 11th in 2011, 16th in 2012 and finished the 2013 season ranked 15th.
